    This dish is the cornerstone to Commellini Estate and was original brought to the United States by Leda Commellini in the early 1920s. "Cacciatore" translates to "hunters-style" and is one of the reasons Marilyn Monroe and Joe Dimaggio visited our venue in the woods many years ago. This dish is still one of the most popular items on our menu and is the most frequently requested. Tender legs and thighs of chicken, braised in red wine and served with button mushrooms.
